Stalls - $50/WEEKEND (shavings not included) Upon arrival, see the show office to choose where you'd like to stall. Shavings for sale on grounds during office hours only, or bring your own. STALLS OPEN 9 AM FRIDAY. All horses on the grounds overnight must stall.
NO TIE OUTS ALLOWED. HORSES FOUND TIED OUT OR IN TRAILERS OVERNIGHT WILL BE GROUNDS FOR DQ.

Camping (get your permit at the event) The fairgrounds charges $20/night rather you plug into electric or not.

Office fee - $5/rider/day

Late fee - we have none! Late entries are added onto the END of the pre-entry draw. NO CHECKS unless you have a current WPRA card. Credit card or cash only. (extra fee with debit/credit card 3.5% convenience fee)

Late entries close - when first horse runs in youth/sr AND late entry closing time tba for open (based on total # pre entries).

Youth/Sr - classes run BEFORE the open each day. They are drawn together but paid separately. If youth/senior enters the same horse in the open they must run in youth/sr and carry over to the open. (you cannot run twice).

BRIF - Barrel Racing Incentive Fund - make sure your entries are noted on the form. Enrolled horses must enter open to be eligible for the BRIF payout. $5000 BRIF BONUS

9 am show office and shavings & stall office open
12 -4 pm Warm Up Sessions $10/rider/session (barrels setup) max 10 riders/session (purchase at show office)
4:30-5:15 pm Exhibitions $5/each (50 sec time limit) limited # of tickets to be sold in show office
6pm Youth/Sr Class (drawn together separate payouts) $100 added each (see carry over information above)
7pm (not before - follows the youth/sr) $500 added Open 4D $35 ef
Drawpot $10 ef $100 added
8pm (warm ups and exhibitions go on sale for Saturday)

After exhibitions (30 max) each sign up in show office after draw #100
