Stalls - $55/weekend include shavings (open 7 am Fri – good until end of show Sun) Early arrivals will be charged $15/stall. Stalls will remain locked until 7 am Friday.

Extra shavings are available and will be $7/bag plus SD tax of 8.5% - (not available until Fri 9 am and only available during Barrel Bash office hours) Outside shavings ARE allowed.
ALL HORSES ON GROUNDS OVERNIGHT MUST BE IN A STALL RENTED FROM THE FACILITY.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION WITHOUT ANY REFUND OF ENTRY FEES.
PRE-PAID STALLS WILL BE PRE-ASSIGNED AND UNLOCKED – STALL ASSIGNMENTS POSTED ON BARN (names on stalls)
Electric – collected at event. $15 per night water/electric (plus 8.5% SD tax). Failure to pay for plug ins will results in IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION WITHOUT ANY REFUND OF ENTRY FEES.
Late entries – taken until draw 100 each race. CASH ONLY. (checks will be taken from WPRA members only) Each day is a separate race. Late fee $15/day/rider or $45/weekend. Late entries run at end of pre-entry draw each day and draw will be posted AFTER late entries close at draw 100.
Vendor space – available – please reserve with Renea in advance bolling@iowatelecom.net Only registered vendors are allowed to setup on grounds. Anyone found selling goods/services without a permit will be asked to leave grounds. All vendors must register with office.
This event is a Double BBR World Finals Qualifier you do NOT have to be a member to compete. Members competing will receive 2 world show qualifiers for every day they compete for a max of 6 for the weekend. (you need 8 shows to qualify for the 2010 BBR World Finals in OKC, OK $50,000+ adm. Fmi www.betterbarrelraces.com If you wish to join membership forms will be available at our event.
WPRA Co-approved – this event is also co-approved with the WPRA. Current WPRA members should make sure their number is on file with office (on entry form). Any
W9 form – We will not issue any winnings until a 2009 w9 form complete with rider’s social security number is on file with us. (forms available at the show) Checks not picked up will be mailed by Tuesday following our event to
those rider’s with a current w9 form on file.
Photographer – on grounds Puhls Photography – long sleeved shirt and boots required for dress code (hats optional) we suggest you wear your hat for photos but it is NOT required. $10 fine payable to barrel setter for losing hat in arena.
