CARTHAGE MO STALLS ARE SOLD OUT!!!
We will contact those that did NOT get stalls by Tues am to offer refund (if needed). Tie outs will be allowed (JUST NOT ALONG FENCELINE WHERE RV ARE LOCATED) and I have a few pens available to use (and in runback alley of outdoor arena that you can use. If you would prefer to tie out vs stall please call RENEA asap 9186170660 I have also started a waiting list for stalls.

STALLS - sold out. Friday early arrivals may come in AFTER 5 pm Fri for an additional $10 fee/horse (pay in show office Sat am). If your stall is not unlocked call number listed on sign on Row A. STALL ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE POSTED AT THE SHOW (shavings office open Sat 9 am - I will try to have someone there Fri for a few hours for extra shavings for early arrivals but we will NOT staff the shavings office all night) No outside shavings allowed 1 bag per stall included with stall. 

Office fee $5/rider day (many of you did not figure this correct on your mail in entries please stop in show office prior to running to make sure you are paid up!)
Late fee $10/rider/day OR just 1x $10 if you make all late entries in ONE trip to the show office. (no late fee for those running YOUTH only. Late entries cash or credit/debit card with 4% fee. WPRA members may write checks all other CASH at show. No “weekend tabs”. All entries must be paid before running.

RV - $40/weekend (first come first served) must be paid and parked in spot to HOLD camp site. Good Sat am - end show Mon (FRI NIGHT RV ADD $15) Nobody on the grounds before 5 pm Friday! PAY FOR RV IN SHOW OFFICE AND GET PERMIT! Failure to pay may result in DQ without refund.

FULL RULES SEE WEBSITE - dresscode long sleeved shit, western hat/helmet and western boots required. (hats optional in youth class). If you lose your hat there is a $5 fine payable to barrel setter in order to get it back. Thank you.

NO TYING HORSES IN ARENA OR WARM UP ARENA! PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY. IT IS GOING TO BE WET AND A LOT OF HORSES IN THE BUILDING YOU WILL NEED TO KEEP THEM AT YOUR TRAILER AND NOT TIED IN AREAS WHERE PEOPLE CAN GET KICKED/NOT GET IN THEIR STALLS/ NOR IN THE WARM UP ARENA - THAT IS FOR WARMING UP ONLY. IF THEY ARE INSIDE THE BUILDING THEY MUST BE ATTENDED TO AT ALL TIMES. THANK YOU.
