Sell Your Spot
Use this form to sell a spot. Note: Form must be turned into the show office with the office fee PRIOR to the start of the race Friday (or the first day of the event).
This form will not be accepted by fax, email, etc. The new rider must pay the office fee at the show office. If the new rider cannot submit the form in person by the start of the race, they may notify Renea by text PRIOR to the start of the race at 918-617-0660, and we will allow the form to be turned in upon arrival. However, changes will NOT be made until the form is turned into the show office and office fees are paid.
Collecting Your Winnings
We cannot mail winnings until we have a signed W9 form (for the current year) on file with your address and social security number, signed by you. We will no longer accept a picture (or JPG) of the form - it must be a completed PDF if you are emailing, otherwise you'll need to mail a hard copy. These forms are always available at the show office.
